WARRANTY AND USER GUIDE

Artemis Collection - Automatic

  • A railroad scale is presented around the moon window. This scale follows the lunar cycle over 29.50 days. By drawing an imaginary straight line between the center of the dial and the center of the Moon, you can read the age on the scale.

    ​

     

    The Moon disc rotates every day, advancing one notch on the scale.

  • Winding is automatic when the wrist is moved, by action of the oscillating weight. If the power reserve is empty, you can wind the watch manually.

    ​

    ​

    1.  Leave the crown in position ( 1 ).

    2.  Turn the crown clockwise until you feel a slight resistance at the end of winding.

    1. Pull crown out to position ( 3 ).

    2.  Turn the crown anti-clockwise to advance the hour and minute hands.

    3.  Once set, return the crown to position ( 1 ).

    1. Pull crown out to position ( 2 ).

    2.  Turn the crown clockwise until the previous day's date appears in the date window.

    3.  Pull crown out to position ( 3 ) and turn anticlockwise until the current date is displayed.

    4.  Continue turning the crown to set the correct AM/PM time.

    5.  Return crown to position ( 1 ).

    1. Using a lunar calendar, determine the moon's age (from 1 to 29.5).

    2.  Pull crown out to position ( 2 ).

    3.  Turn crown anti-clockwise to advance moon disk. Continue until the moon has completely disappeared.

    4.  Once the moon is hidden under the dial, advance the moon disk by the number of notches corresponding to its age. For example, if the moon is on the 4th lunar day, then advance the moon disk 4 notches.

    5.  Return crown to position ( 1 ).

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects during normal use. We replace defective components caused by a manufacturing error free of charge. However, it does not apply to the following situations:

    ​

    1.  Theft or loss.

    2.  Normal wear of the watch, such as scratched glass or impact on the case.

    3.  Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, accident or inappropriate use of the watch, including non-compliance with the instructions for use.

    4.  Indirect damage related to normal wear and tear, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the watch.

    With regard to bracelets and accessories, the warranty covers manufacturing defects, but is not applicable in the event of theft, loss, normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling, misuse, negligence, accident or inappropriate use.

  • The warranty is valid for a period of 2 years:

     

    1.  from the order date, for any standard order;

    2.  from the delivery date, for any order made as a pre-order.

  • After receipt of your items, you are given 14 days to initiate a return procedure. To this end, please send us an email to contact@mun-watches.com. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with all necessary instructions for returning your order.

    ​

    Please note that items to be returned must remain unused and retain their original packaging and labels. We reserve the right to decline a return request if the products show signs of wear.

  • No administrative fees are required for a return or exchange. Carrier costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund is made within 14 days following the date of receipt of the package by our teams.

  • No returns or exchanges are authorized as part of a pre-order made on the Kickstarter platform.
