PROJECT

A CHRONOGRAPH WITH A MOON PHASE COMPLICATION

THE ARIANE ODYSSEY 2025

With the Ariane project, new complications are under study: chronograph, calendar, GMT and perpetual moon phase. Launched in October 2023, ARIANE spans two years and aims to develop a new proprietary caliber. The challenge lies in the design of this movement and draws on the expertise of the OM Mechanics workshop, founded by O. Mory.

PROLOGUE

JULY 2023

Launched in the summer of 2023, ARIANE’s ambition is to design a proprietary Mu:n caliber. Such a development makes it possible to multiply complications and diversify design possibilities.

THE BLANK SHEET

OCTOBER 2023

In October 2023, the first chapter of creation opens from scratch. Participants are invited to create an online model on a new 3D tool. The goal is to define the desired complications and obtain a first draft.

THE MOON DISC

DECEMBER 2023

In December 2023, work is carried out around the moon disk. It involves drawing its first outlines, through 4 modular designs. A new dedicated configurator allows you to vary your choices and vote for a design.

A MODULAR CALIBER MU:N

JANUARY 2024

At the end of these first two stages, the first developments of a caliber are launched. The ambition is to create a proprietary movement, with a unique arrangement of complications on the dial. To achieve this, a new partnership is established with Olivier Mory's OM-Mechanics workshop.

CHAPTER 3

FUTURE

The next chapter of creation will open in early 2025. Please register below to participate.

PARTICIPANTS

3,500

Chapter 1 of the Ariane project brought together 3,500 participants across three stages and ended in March 2024. It helped define the complications of the series.

LAUNCH

2025

Chapter 2 of the Ariane project will begin in February 2025, with a launch planned for the end of the year. The series will be equipped with a modular Mu:n caliber, integrating a chronograph and moon phase complication.

R&D

40,000€

Following the successful financing of the Origine and Orion projects, €40,000 has been set aside for the development of components and the Ariane caliber and series.
